Missed deliveries carried by Australia Post are kept at the local post office for ten days, it will then be returned to the location it was dispatched from.
Note: For residential deliveries being made by Australia Post, they can occur as early as 7am. For business addresses, the delivery will be made during standard business hours, 9am to 5pm AEST/AEDT

Couriers Please
Missed Deliveries with Couriers Please will be taken back to the depot for you to book re-delivery, or they will be taken to your nominated POP Collection Point. You can find out any further information from the Couriers Please website here

Missed Deliveries with Team Global Express will be taken back to the depot for you to book re-delivery. You can find out any further information from the Team Global Express website here.
Authority To Leave
If you choose ‘authority to leave’ for your delivery, i.e. delivery without a signature, you have advised The Carrier that they may leave your parcel unattended at your premises in accordance with your instructions. You agree that the parcel is deemed 'delivered' once left at your premises.
Please note, Aquila cannot be held liable for any lost or damaged items delivered using ‘authority to leave’. Instead an enquiry would need to be lodged directly with The Carrier.
