From time to time, we see a number of customers trying to order the same item at the very same time. This is most likely to happen during sale and promotional periods. Unfortunately when this happens, it can mean that we do not have sufficient stock to fulfil each order.
If you have received an email about your order being cancelled, this means that we were unfortunately unable to fulfil your full order or part of your order. When this happens we will refund you for any unavailable items and the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. The refund can take between 3 - 5 business days to be reflected in your account.
