If you believe your purchase is faulty, and you have purchased directly from an Aquila store or the Aquila website, please email our team at online@aquila.com.au with pictures of the items along with your proof of purchase.
The details will then be assessed by our Quality Control team and we will aim to get back to you with a response within 1-2 business days.
If the purchase was made via a third party, eg, The Iconic or Myer you will need to contact them directly for assistance.
