We are sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your Aquila purchase.
If you believe your purchase is faulty, you can head into any Aquila store (excluding Myer concession) with the shoes and your proof of purchase to have the shoes assessed.
If you are unable to head into a store you can email our team at online@aquila.com.au with pictures of the items along with your proof of purchase.
The details will then be assessed by our Quality Control team and we will aim to get back to you with a response within 1-2 business days.
