We offer a 30-day return policy on all Australian and New Zealand online orders. Goods must be in the original condition to be eligible for a return. Please be advised that the original postage cost for your order will not be refunded.
If you have used Aquila+ 25% off when you buy two or more pairs of shoes: If you choose to return one item, both shoes need to be returned for a full refund, otherwise the kept pair must be paid for in full.
If you purchased your order via aquila.com.au you can return your order for FREE if you are an Aquila+ Loyalty Member, you can find more information on free online returns here: Do you offer free returns? - You can also return or exchange your order for free by visiting your nearest Aquila store (excluding Myer concessions) with your original proof of purchase. To find your nearest store, please click here. If you do not wish to sign up to the loyalty program and cannot return to a store, you can also able to return your order via Australia Post this service will incur a shipping charge. Please note, this service is not available for purchases made in-store.
If you have purchased using Zippay (buy now pay later) or PayPal you must return to our warehouse through Australia Post for a refund. These orders are currently unable to be refunded in-store. All refunds will be processed through the method that was used to purchase. Eg. If paid with Zippay, your Zippay account will be credited.
