We offer a 30-day return policy on all Australian and New Zealand online orders, with the exception of items marked ‘FINAL SALE’. Goods must be in the original condition to be eligible for a return. Please be advised that the original postage cost for your order will not be refunded.
If you purchased your order via aquila.com.au you can return or exchange your order for FREE by visiting your nearest Aquila store (excluding Myer concessions) with your original proof of purchase. To find your nearest store, please click here. You are also eligible to return your order via Australia Post or Couriers Please. Please note, these services are not available for purchases made in-store.
If you have purchased using Afterpay, Zippay, or PayPal you must return to our warehouse through either Couriers Please or Australia Post for a refund. These orders are currently unable to be refunded in-store. All refunds will be processed through the method that was used to purchase. Eg. If paid with Afterpay, your Afterpay account will be credited.
