Aquila is happy to offer sale price adjustments upon request for online purchases on items purchased up to 7 days prior to the sale price. Items purchased in orders earlier than this 7-day period will not be eligible for the sale price adjustment.
To request a sale price adjustment, please e-mail our Customer Service Team at online@aquila.com.au with your order number and which items have been reduced to a sale price.
All approved sale price adjustments will be refunded back to the original payment method that was used for the order. You will receive an email once this has been done and it can take up to five working days for the funds to show in your account.
