Afterpay orders purchased online are now able to be returned in our Aquila stores. PayPal and Zippay orders must be returned to our online warehouse through Australia Post for a refund. These orders are unable to be refunded or exchanged in store. All refunds will be processed through the method that was used to purchase. E.g. If paid with Zippay, will be returned on Zippay.
