We do offer free returns to our Aquila+ members through Couriers Please (available to Australian customers only). To sign up to become an Aquila+ member please follow the steps here. Do I need to use Refundid to return My order?
You do not need to use Refundid to return your order. If you wish to follow our normal returns process, simply book your return following the steps for Couriers Please or Australia Post here.
Can I use Refundid with my AQUILA+ free courier returns?
Yes you can. Simply contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your free return code as normal and follow the steps to book a return via Couriers Please here.
Once you have booked your return, click here to start your instant return via Refundid. When asked if you need a return label, simply click 'No'. You can then choose Couriers Please from the 'Courier' dropdown, enter your tracking number and click 'add tracking' to complete the refund.
