Afterpay Orders:
You can now return your online Afterpay orders in any Aquila store for a refund. Please note, we are unable to process exchanges in store for Afterpay purchases. Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued via Afterpay, and you will continue to make any remaining installment payments as scheduled.
PayPal Orders:
All PayPal purchases and other online orders must be returned via our online returns portal through Australia Post. These orders cannot be refunded or exchanged in-store.
Refund Method:
All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
E.g., If you paid using Afterpay, the refund will be processed back to your Afterpay account.
