How does it work?
- Complete and print the returns form here and pack your items securely — reusing the original packaging where possible.
- Attach the returns label clearly to your parcel. Ensure the barcode is fully visible and the original delivery label has been removed.
- Lodge your parcel at a Street Posting Box, any Australia Post outlet, or a return partner (such as a supermarket or pharmacy) — they'll provide a lodgment receipt.
- You'll be refunded and notified as soon as your return is processed.
