Booking Your Return
Aquila offers returns via two services, Australia Post and CouriersPlease, these services offer convenient and fast returns with accurate tracking for our customers.
To book your return with Aquila, follow the steps for either CouriersPlease or Australia Post below.
If you are an Aquila+ loyalty member, you are eligible for free returns with CouriersPlease. To claim your free return, simply contact our customer service team at online@aquila.com.au to receive your free returns code, or if you have any other questions about the returns process. If you are not a loyalty member and wish to join the Aquila+ program, follow the steps here.
We have partnered with Refundid as a new option to offer instant refunds for your online returns. Simply, follow Refundid’s 3 step process to receive your full refund instantly (within 60 seconds!), even before shipping back your items!
Do I need to use Refundid to return My order?
You do not need to use Refundid to return your order. If you wish to follow our normal returns process, simply book your return following the steps for Couriers Please or Australia post below.
How does it work?
- Ensure your items are in their original condition, clean and with tags attached.
- Click here to receive your full refund instantly and purchase a pick-up or
drop-off return shipping label (Can’t click the button? Click here).
- Ship your items back to Aquila.
How does Refundid work with Afterpay or Zip Pay?
For orders placed using Afterpay and Zip Pay, Refundid will refund you for the full value of your purchase regardless of how many installments you have paid.
Once you have received your instant refund from Refundid, simply log into your Afterpay or Zip Pay account and pay off the remaining installments with the full refund you have received.

Can I use Refundid with my AQUILA+ free courier returns?
Yes you can. Simply contact our customer service team at online@aquila.com.au to request your free return code as normal and follow the steps to book a return via Couriers Please here.
Once you have booked your return, click here to start your instant return via Refundid. When asked if you need a return label, simply click 'No'. You can then choose Couriers Please from the 'Courier' dropdown, enter your tracking number and click 'add tracking' to complete the refund.
COURIER PICK UP VIA COURIERSPLEASE - PRINTER REQUIRED
Aquila is excited to offer a new premium returns service, offering online customers in Australia the ability to return their orders from home or the office. In partnership with CouriersPlease, Aquila customers can now choose a convenient time to have their returns picked up from a location of their choice. Driver pick-ups are available from residential addresses within Australia’s metro areas, or alternatively, you can select one of CouriersPlease’s 1700 drop-off points around the country. How does it work? - Postage return cost $9.50
1. Select your pick up location or drop off point
2. If you wish to return an order via a drop-off location, please note that the maximum size is one shoebox. Should you wish to return two or more pairs of shoes via Couriers Please, then a residential pick-up will be required.
3. Simply enter your contact details, original order number, and your preferred pickup time (if applicable).
4. Pay for your returns label, print it, and stick it to your parcel.
5. Either wait for your return to be picked up or take your return to the agreed drop-off point, depending on the selected service.
6. You will be refunded and notified as soon as your return has been processed.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and the cost of this service is $9.50. This service is only available to customers in Australia who purchased online at aquila.com.au.
STANDARD RETURNS VIA AUSTRALIA POST - PRINTER REQUIRED
For customers in Australia who do not live in areas serviced by Couriers Please, they can choose to return online orders via our standard, Australia Post service.
How does it work? - Postage return cost $12.20
1. Simply print and complete the returns form here and pack your items securely. Where possible, we would recommend re-using the original packaging.
2. Stick the returns label securely to your parcel, ensuring the label is clearly visible and the tape does not cover any part of the barcode. Please also be sure to remove the original delivery label.
3. Returns can be lodged in a Street Posting Box or over the counter at an Australia Post outlet or return partners such as supermarkets and pharmacies who will provide a lodgement receipt.
4. You will be refunded and notified as soon as your return has been processed.
